Hi. I can't enable the bluetooth on my laptop. I downloaded the latest driver, but the setup won't complete because it says something like "no bluetooth device found" or something like that. If I go to device manager I can see my bluetooth card or whatever. It's: Ralink Motorola BC4 Bluetooth 3.0+HS Adapter. And if I go to panel control I see "My Bluetooth" but if I click on it, nothing happens. What should I do?

Yes of course I have it. I used it years ago, then for some reason it stopped working and I didn't bother figuring out why. Anyway I solved it. I went to "Run" and then opened "services.msc". Somehow it was disabled, even if I don't know why. I enabled it and then unistalled and reinstalled the driver and magically now it works. Thanks anyway!

PS: I have Motorola, not Broadcom.

Are you sure your machine has Bluetooth ? Full specs of this old machine does not appear anywhere. Because you run the  Ralink/Motorola Bluetooth Adapter Driver therefore it may create something in the registry which makes you feel your machine has Bluetooth.

What is the wireless card on your machine ? Your machine may have  Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth, not Motorola.

Regards.
