Product: HP Spectre 360 Convertible 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am having internet connectivity issues and my internet provider wants me to hardwire the laptop to the modem to see if the problem persists.  I just realized there is no ethernet port on the computer.  Do I have to buy some kind of dock?

You will need some kind of adapter. Such as one of these:

I guess the internet provider wants to rule out a problem with PC Wifi or router wifi or wifi in general. Are you having the same connectivity problem with smartphone or tablet?
