Do you already have broadband in your house ? If yes you can setup exactly the same way as you are using now. You HP machine itself won't produce broadband, you have to ask your provider.

This depends on what you mean by "broadband". In my case, it means using a HotSpot that I got from Verizon to connect my laptop to THEIR network. IF you mean the same kind of thing, you also need an external HotSpot device.
