Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I need to know how to place 4x6 photo paper in the tray and how to change paper setting for  picture paper & how to create a shortcut for this type of  printing

For loading photo papers, please use page 18 of the following User Guide

Which software do you use to print photos ? I don't think you can setup a shortcut for that software BUT normally it keeps that until you change your  setup (for example from 4x6 to A4).
