Wireless connection periodically disappears, and airplane mode pops on, and won't turn off. Trouble shooting says the the "Intel WI-Fi 6 AX200 160 MHz is experiencing driver or hardware relate problems". Happens more or less randomly, on a laptop that is only 4 months old. Issue is definitely not the wireless network, as other wireless devices continue to work. While I try to puzzle out what's going on, I'd like to hook the laptop up to a hardwire connection thru a Cat-5 cable, which has an RJ45 Ethernet end. Can't hook that up directly to a 360 Envy. Any ideas about how to make a hardwire network connection?

Hi,
You do not give the specific model or product number of your notebook.
However this should work

Other ex:
You should try completly updating your notebook through Windows and the latest drivers from HP.
Hope it helps,
David
