After testing, the link works only when I log in HP intranet with Pulse. It doesn't work if I am out of HP intranet.  

I sent a feedback to HP IT. Will keep you posted.

I work for HPE as a contractor and i am trying to log into my HPE email but it will not allow me to i keep getting Proxy server not responding. I have tried to use the SWA links but they too do not work. I have been goign through JPS to access everything but the OWA still will not work.

can anyone help please.

So I've recently started working for FDS, (the former HPCDS) as a contractor, and I've been given an hpe.com mailbox but no link to access the sign in page to change my initial password. Does anybody have a link that works in the UK?

The links that have been posted here prior to this comment don't work for me at all.
