I has Windows 8 OS installed on my system. Per HP product specification, I see that my laptop has built-in Bluetooth functionality. But I'm not getting how to activate it. More over I can't even see an option to activite on "Wireless" section. Anyone has any suggestion on how to do this ?
Thanks in advance

Hi Banhien,
Among the steps suggested, initially I followed
1. step-b, where though on setting the service to run, I couldn't pair the device.
2. step-c, though I had set the device drivers to install automatically, the wizard seemed to fix the issue but didn't
3. step-a, where I has downloaded and installed the "Bluetooth soleil" setup with system restart. Post installation, I followed the steps per link, https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03429630 and, finally I was able to pair my device.
Note: The bluetooth driver which I has installed earlier is different from the once you provided. With the once you said, post installation, I'm able to see a GUI for setting up bluetooth settings. You can get the GUI on clicking the bluetooth icon from notifications (in icons on toolbar)
Many thanks to you

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? It has Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter. For HP PAVILION 15-E006TU NOTEBOOK PC, Please
(a) Download and install the following Ralink Bluetooth Software Driver for Windows 8:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61001-61500/sp61395.exe
(b) Start Bluetooth Sevice if required
- Press Win + R on the keyboard
- Type “Services.msc” and hit OK
- Right click on the Bluetooth support service and select stop and then start.
(c) Still no luck, please try
- Hit Window + X on the keyboard.
- Select “Control Panel”.
- Type troubleshooting on the search and hit enter.
- Click on “View all”.
- Choose Hardware and devices
- Run the troubleshooter and restart the computer.
Regards.
