What is your computer ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
Please note: You won't get B&O sound on your TV and depending on your machine, it may NOT give 4K output.
Regards.

The following link shows specs of your computer
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04791387
It has HDMI port.
I did post my testing early this year using my loan HP x360 15" with 4K screen and two HP x360 13" with 4K screen (all have B&O software and INTERNAL speakers) on my 4K Panasonics TV.
The results were.
(a) Yes, they can connect,
(b) No, they won't display 4K even using HDMI 2.0 cables,
(c) B&O software won't transfer to TV - a sound bar 3.1 gave me lot better sound.
My answer for your question is: Yes you can connect to your Samsung 4K TV using HDMI but it won't shows 4K and won't transfer B&O sound to TV.
Regards.

Thanks again for your help, but I don't understand alot of your answer. I'm sorry!!
I thought I could connect the laptop to the TV wirelessly. I really don't care if I can get the 4K or the sound (But I don't know what B&O is???)
I just need to know HOW to connect the laptop to the tv? Can I do it wirelessly? do I have to download software on the laptop? What do I do on the TV to make it see the laptop or vice versa, what do I do on the laptop to make it see the tv.
Thanks so much for all your help!!!!!!

I don't think your laptop supports Miracast but please try:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/15053/windows-8-project-wireless-screen-miracast
otherwise please try
