Product: HP 14 Laptop (26G78AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please advise if I can connect my laptop with ethernet cable and how. I tried with a USB-A adaptor with RJ45 but it doesn't work. Will an adaptor with USB-C work? Thank you

I'm using the following adapter

 

            https://www.amazon.com.au/Anker-Aluminum-Portable-Gigabit-Ethernet/dp/B00PC07T02

 

It works perfectly and I have 2 more USB ports.

 

I also tested the following adapter it also worked

 

          https://www.startech.com/en-au/networking-io/us1gc303apd

 

I know the following adapter works

 

         https://cplonline.com.au/startech-usb31000s-usb-3-0-to-ethernet-adapter.html
