Hi,

My laptop model is HP probook 440 G3

In BIOS have bluetooth option and check box, but in Device manager cannot find any adapter listings for bluetooth. May I know that my laptop have bluetooth device?

If yes, how I enable it?

Hi, @coolman125

If you see that the bluetooth hardware is present and enabled in the BIOS, you probably have to install the HP Connection Manager software, restart the PC and use the connection manager software to turn on the bluetooth radio.

This package provides the HP Connection Manager for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Look in Device Manager for the model of your WiFi card.

Post back with that model number.
