Hi

I am facing issues with using a sim card in my HP laptop. The sim tray is stuck and I don't know how to pull it out

I could not find any manual on how to pull out the sim card in the model I am using (ZBook G5  360), there were some youtube tutorials (for other hp models) that suggested to press the sim tray inwards and it will pop out. I did the same but it got stuck.

How to pull it out and what is the proper way to do so?

Thanks

Does your machine have WWAN card option ? Without WWAN option, the SIM card slot has a plastics dummy, it won't come out easily.

Regards.
