IF you are seeing the disposed printers in your HP Support Assistant app,
IF that HPSA app is running on the latest version (at least Version: 9.34.32.0)
Then
It is possible (even likely) that HPSA is now referencing the Dashboard in your HP Account as opposed to keeping a separate list of products within the application.

Scroll to the bottom of the web page to change the region.
HP My Devices list, Cases, Warranty information, How-to / Troubleshooting, Product and Service information, Add or Delete a device
