- My hp Standard Dashboard reflects old hp printers that have been disposed of. Therefore they are no longer connected to the Interet.
- How do I refresh my dashboard to remove these?

To those reading

If the solution in this message does not apply to your situation, perhaps check the other thread.
Original Content
IF you are seeing the disposed printers in your HP Support Assistant app,
IF that HPSA app is running on the latest version (at least Version: 9.34.32.0)
Then
It is possible (even likely) that HPSA is now referencing the Dashboard in your HP Account as opposed to keeping a separate list of products within the application.
Example
HPSA_App_Menu_1
-------------------- --------------------
HP Account - Management / Device Lists / Warranty and Product Information
HP Account - Login / Dashboard
Scroll to the bottom of the web page to change the region.
HP My Devices list, Cases, Warranty information, How-to / Troubleshooting, Product and Service information, Add or Delete a device
