Your machine has a key with an airplane symbol, you can use it to turn wifi on/off

It was not the airplane switch. When that did not solve the problem I found a program that searched for problems with the WiFi. It said the DRIVER is not the right one.  Is there any way to get the driver for my computer?  This computer I only use for a cruise ship and if it is broken in the luggage, it is an old computer and not much of a loss. We took our first cruise after COVID and did 3 years of updates, and that is when we had the WiFi problem.

If getting the driver for the WiFi will not work, if you know of one to direct me to, can you tell me a USB WiFi I can use?

I have a LAN plug for downloading from the internet to the computer.

Respectfully, Gus
