Hi,

 

I have an HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W with HDMI Adapter - SKU#: 6HP48AA.

 

My 2 Monitors connected to the Dock randomly blank out.

 

The HP Support app does not recognize the Dock.

 

I want to install the latest drivers and firmware for the dock, but cannot find them.

 

Does this Dock have updateable firmware (if so, how do I perform an update?), or does it simply rely on a Windows driver?
