Hello. I want to use a sim card for internet access on my HP Elitebook 840 G2. It has a sim card slot. But I don't know what to do & how to do. If there is anyone who could help, please come forward. Thank you

Hi:
Every EliteBook as a SIM card slot.
What 90% of them don't have is the WWAN networking adapter that is needed to access the cellular service.
It was an expensive option.
In order to use the SIM card, one of the following WWAN adapters needs to be present under the Network Adapters device manager category...
HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Qualcomm® Gobi™ 4G Module
HP lt4211 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ Qualcomm® Gobi™ 4G Module
HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
