So a few weeks ago my HP Pavilion 14-ec0017na started having wifi connection issues. The laptop would get stuck on connecting, or unable to connect. The device has a realtek rtl8821ce 802.11ac. I reset the adpater, uninstalled the driver, reinstalled the driver, rolled back driver, reset the network adapter, anything i could think off. The device then suddenly began working fine again and i havent had any issues with it until 5 days ago when this issue began again. I primarily use the laptop in 2 locations, both of which have a BThub6. I have also used the laptop at numerous freinds houses, where it works completely fine, connects to phone hotspot also completely fine. If i use a external access point (such as the TP-Link AV600 Powerline adapter WiFi Kit or the BT homespot 600) connected to the bthub 6, with the same SSID or not, the device will connect to them perfeclty fine. So it seems that it has issues with the BThub6 internal accesspoint. Around late may the laptop recived a bios update from F12 to F13, i dont recall having any issues prior to then, so it could be something to do with that. Has anyone had any similar issues or knows a fix?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions and see if that resolves the problem. Restart the PC after installing the drivers.
