Hi:
The Ralink Bluetooth will not work properly on the newer builds of W10 and I doubt it will work on W11.
Usually the device completely disappears from the device manager and the only solution is to either replace the Ralink card with a different model or use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
A suitable Wi-Fi card upgrade for your notebook should be this one:
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 724935-001
Here is the link to the only W10 driver that Mediatek/Ralink released to HP over 10 years ago.
MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver
11.0.761.0
It will be of little to no use to you.

Can i change the drivers to a generic wifi and bluetooth and ditch the ralink driver and not the card and thank you very much
i have tried win 11 ltsc and it downloaded the latest wifi driver from mediatek but it bricked my wifi and made it unresponsive is there a way to fix this because. Win 10 is going to end support so is there any other way than changing the board because this things aren’t easy to get in my country

You're very welcome.
If you can't find that model card inexpensively anywhere, you can use a USB dual band Wi-Fi adapter with Bluetooth.
I use this model on one of my PC's that doesn't have Wi-Fi.
It works fine on W11.
Then I would just remove the Ralink card and insulate the metal connectors from touching anything inside the PC.

i am sorry for annoying you but is there any other driver like for windows 8 or windows 7 because i downloaded one from drivers.eu and it worked but it seems kind of janky so i was guessing if there is an older version for win 8 or 7 from official hp it might work and very sorry to annoy you

There are, but I don't know if they will work or not.
You can select W7, W8, W8.1 and W10 drivers for the Ralink card you can use from this model:
