Bios ver. F14

Hello
My laptop is having trouble connecting to my Samsung mobile hotspots.
Almost always, it doesn't detecting my hotspot connection.
Those few times that it does find it can't connect. (can't connect to this network)
The laptop detected and connects to all networks except my smartphones.
Also my phone's hotspot gets detected and work fine by other phones, tablets, PCs etc.
I tried with 2 smartphones (Samsung S20 and S22) and the issue is the same.
I tried with WPA2, WPA2/WPA3 and unprotected security.
I tried 2.4, 5, and 6Ghz.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall wifi drivers with HP support assistant
I tried network troubleshooter and check.
I also contacted HP support but they closed the ticket telling me that the issue is caused by my smartphones. (ridiculous!!!)
Thank U all

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for the RTL88222CE Wi-Fi adapter:
