Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have sim card slot insade of my battery slot (it's hidden behind battery) but it's don't working. I don't have anything about slot at ''Hp Support Asisant'' or old forum contents. My Network device is ''' Broadcom BCM943228HMB'''

Hi:

 

In order for the SIM card to work, you would need to install the required WWAN card which was an expensive option on that model series.

 

You would also have to make sure your notebook has the antenna wires preinstalled to attach to the WWAN card.

 

See chapter 3 of the service manual for the supported WWAN cards.
