Hi @Swapniljnv
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
The HP S1000 mouse does not have Bluetooth functionality—it is a wireless mouse that connects via a USB receiver.
If you're looking for a Bluetooth-enabled HP mouse, you might want to check out models like the HP Bluetooth Travel Mouse, which can pair with multiple devices.
For connecting the HP S1000:
- Insert the USB receiver into your laptop’s USB port.
- Turn on the mouse using the switch underneath.
- Wait for automatic pairing—Windows should detect it instantly.
- If it doesn’t connect, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, then check under Mouse & Keyboard.
Let me know if you need help finding a Bluetooth alternative!
