Hello,
I have a ultrabook HP Spectre XT 15-4013cl and the bluetooth is not working well.
When I restart sometimes the bluetooth works (enabled) and sometimes it does not (disabled), the icon/feature disappear.
I've tried to re-install and update driver from windows 8.1, because I didn't find the driver for windows 10, but It didn't work.
Please, someone can help me ?
Thank you in advance.

Hello, @MRBranco – Greetings!
Thanks for reaching out. I’d do my best to help 🙂
I see that you are having issues with the Bluetooth feature on your notebook. Appreciate your troubleshooting efforts so far. I’ll help you from here!
First, let’s the steps below to try and fix the issue:
- Click the bottom-left Start button on desktop, type device manager in the search box and tap Device Manager on the menu to open the Device manager.
- Right-click on the Bluetooth driver and select “Uninstall”.
- Check the box which says “Delete the driver software” and then complete the uninstall.
- Now restart the computer.
- Wait for some time while the generic Bluetooth drivers are updated. Now check the functionality of the Bluetooth drivers and check.
If the issue still persists, I need to know the exact name of the Bluetooth adapter on your computer. Go to device manager and let me know the name of the Bluetooth adapter for further assistance.
Let me know how that goes. Good luck!
Cheers 🙂

Hello,
I have followed the instructions. After uninstalling the old driver of bluetooth, now its totally gone. Even after restarts, I can't see it in the list of devices, not even in hidden ones.
I have installed new HP drivers, drivers from intel web, nothing is working.
Its like I even don't have bluetooth at all.
What else can be done?
Regards,
Aly.
