Hp assistant is down and WiFi is not getting detected

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp assistant is not getting launched, WiFi failing to get detected, my blue tooth enabled mouse fail to detect. 

what are my options?

only usb c and I have iPhone XR

WiFi fix and other major minor issues 
The best way to restart for trouble shooting mode is Hold shift key while restarting.....
