HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop has been barely functional since I bought it. The battery dies extremely quickly and thrn doesn't register the charge while plugged in and on. I essentially can only use it as a plugged in PC. The wifi constantly disconnects and I have to restart. I have tried the fixes. I also have a full time job so unless HP want to start paying me to make their useless product functional they can tell me where I take it to be fixed or stop refusing a refund. You cannot aell products that do not work after 1 month!

Hi @homerlangley,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There could be several reasons why your HP Envy 360 is not functioning properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Restart your computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can fix the issue.
  • Check the power source: Ensure that your computer is plugged into a power source or that the battery is charged. If the battery is low, charge it for at least an hour before trying to turn on your computer.
  • Disconnect external devices: If you have any external devices connected to your computer, disconnect them and try turning on your computer again.
  • Perform a hard reset: If your computer is not turning on, try performing a hard reset. To do this, unplug the power cord and remove the battery (if possible). Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then release it. Reinsert the battery and plug in the power cord, then turn on your computer.
  • Run a diagnostic test: HP Envy 360 laptops come with a built-in diagnostic tool that can help identify hardware issues. To run the test, turn on your computer and press the F2 key repeatedly until the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics menu appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the test.
  • Reinstall the operating system: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reinstall the operating system. Before doing so, ensure that you have backed up all important data on your computer. You can use the HP Recovery Manager to reinstall the operating system.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
