Pavilion Gaming 15 cx0027ua

Acquired HyperX Cloud MIX headphones. I decided to connect them to a laptop (HP Pavilion Gaming cx0027ua) I put the headphones into pairing mode, the connection passed. When I try to enter the "Sound Control Panel" I see the following picture: There is a "Headset" and "Headphones". Both are in "Connection interrupted" status. When I try to connect, absolutely nothing happens. I checked the drivers, updated them, installed old ones - nothing helped. Tell me how to solve it please. Windows 10 Home.
