Hi @chandan7083,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection issue on your HP notebook.

To better understand the problem, could you please provide the exact model number or product number (P/N) of your HP notebook and let me know what happens when you try to use Bluetooth?

In the meantime, please try the following:

  1. Press Windows + R, type devmgmt.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Expand Bluetooth Radios (or Network Adapters) and check if there are any devices showing a yellow exclamation mark or listed as Unknown Devices.
  3. If Bluetooth is listed, right-click the Bluetooth device and select Properties to check its status.
  4. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Some HP notebooks have a wireless key or function key combination (such as Fn + F12) to enable or disable wireless devices.
  5. Restart the notebook and try pairing the Bluetooth device again.

Please also let me know:

  • Whether Bluetooth was working previously.
  • If the issue started after a driver update, Windows update, or any recent changes.
  • Any error messages you receive when attempting to connect.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
