I am trying to pair my HP bluetooth mouse Z500 to my Dell laptop howeve it is not working. I have changed the batteries so that is not the issue. I also just performed a Microsoft update on my dell laptop so that is not an issue either. Also it is just flashing blue which I presume means it is trying to pair but not working.
