I can not connect wifi

Hi,after I installed windows7 professional on laptop HP 15-ra060nq,I can not connect to internet.Are missing the drivers for network adaptor,ethernet controller,network controller,pci data acquisition and signatura,pci encryption,am pus controller,universal serial bus controller.Please help me with the drivers.Thank you.

Hi:

You should be able to use the W7 x64 drivers and software from the HP 250 G4 business class notebook, which has the same Braswell processor and chipset.  Don't use any of the BIOS or firmware files.   Under the graphics and chipset driver section, where you see the same name drivers for different chipsets, you want the Braswell drivers.

Hi,thank you , i installed the drivers , i can use internet with the cable now, the wifi still not work....it is necessary to activate something to laptop for that? also , I cannot use the wired mouse...

What model wifi adapter does your notebook come with?

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

You didn't answer my question regarding the model wifi adapter your notebook comes with so until you do, there is nothing I can do to help you with that.

If the USB driver on the 250 G4 support page didn't work, use the one directly from Intel.   Download, unzip and run the setup application.
