Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently upgraded my HP EliteBook 840 G1 Notebook laptop from windows 10 to 11. However, I can not connect to other devices using bluetooth. When I checked in the driver services, I can not find bluetooth driver. I tried to download the driver, I ca not find one compatible with my device. If you have experienced such issues and have identified a solution, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi:

 

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

It uses the same model Bluetooth driver as the Wi-Fi driver.

 

For example, if your notebook has an Intel 7260 Wi-Fi card, then it needs the Intel 7260 Bluetooth driver.
