Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
I have a Huawei Matebook D 14 laptop with windows 10 64-bit os Ryzen 5. My laptop has been in a problem lately it stucks with a loop blue screen that i had to format. After the formatting, it has no wifi so i download the drive that suits tothe model of my laptop then it worked the wifi appeared but I can't connect to any wireless network. Please help me to fix this i already did all the instructions on Youtube but it didn't work, badly need. Thank you.

I had this, but after a recent update, not after doing a factory reset - which one are lots having problem.with ? !luckily I could stick in Ethernet cable (laptop btw) Didn't know how to.fix.it but it somehow fixed itself, one time I left out the Ethernet cable and got online without realizing "something magical had happened".
