Hp mini 110
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I just bought a hp mini 110 from a friend. Icnt get online. The wireless LAN and WAN are disabled. I do not know how to enable them. I'm asking if anyone here does??? And how?? Also I was wondering what if I factory reset it? Would that fix it? If so how do I factory reset it? Thanks so much. Veronica

There is a key on the keyboard at the top row all the way to the right  of the mini that allows enabling the wifi adapter. Press it. When it is lit it should be off.

See the top view in the part locator in the following link.

Check in the Device Manager and in network settings to see if the devices are present with drivers installed.

If the recovery partition is still present you should be able to run a factory recovery.

Connect the power adapter!!

Press the power button and start tapping the F11 key.  Chose recovery and then factory image recovery. This will take a few hours to complete. Be patient and do not stop the recovery process!! If you do, it could render the mini useless .

Watch the video at the following link to see how it is done with a usb recovery flash drive.

Ok.

Based on your last post, your issue with internet is apparently resolved by my suggestions.

According to Apple support, the most recent updates version of iTunes is only for 64-bit.

https://support.apple.com/downloads/itunes

You will need to upgrade to a Windows 7 or higher (8,8.1,10) version with 64-bit architecture  or keep on using the 32-bit version of iTunes you have for as long as it will work. For Windows 10, that means Windows 10  Home, Professional, Educational or Enterprise. They can all be purchased as 64-bit versions.  If you are a student, the educational version is the best for price and the array of features it has.

Licenses

Europe

North America

A copy of Windows 10 Home will run $119, while Windows 10 Pro will cost $199. For those who wish to upgrade from the Home edition to the Pro edition, a Windows 10 Pro Pack will cost $99.

You can upgrade with a license key without nlosing any data or having to reinstall the operating system.
