Hi @Mohammed_Zaki,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Pavilion 15 laptop's Wi-Fi stopped working and the network driver is not showing up, let's try a few steps to resolve this issue.

Check Device Manager:

  • Go to Device Manager and expand Network adapters.
  • Look for your Wi-Fi adapter (it may be listed as something like "Intel Wireless" or "Realtek Wi-Fi").
  • If there’s a yellow warning sign, right-click it and choose Update driver. You can try Search automatically for updated driver software.

Check Hidden Devices:

  • In Device Manager, click View > Show hidden devices.
  • If the Wi-Fi adapter appears faded, right-click it and select Enable. If it doesn’t appear at all, it could indicate a hardware issue or that the driver is uninstalled.

Reinstall Network Driver:

  • Download the latest Wi-Fi driver for your laptop model from the HP support website.
  • Once downloaded, uninstall the current driver: go to Device Manager, right-click your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Uninstall device. Check the box that says Delete the driver software for this device, then restart your PC.
  • After the restart, install the downloaded driver and see if the issue is resolved.

Run Network Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
  • Scroll down and select Network troubleshooter. Follow the steps to see if it detects and resolves any issues.

Reset Network Settings:

  • In Settings, go to Network & Internet > Status and select Network reset.
  • This will reinstall all network adapters and reset networking components. After the reset, restart your PC and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

Update BIOS (Optional):

  • In some cases, updating the BIOS can resolve hardware compatibility issues. Check HP’s support page for the latest BIOS update for your model and follow the instructions carefully if you choose to proceed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
