Product: HP Notebook - 17-bs061st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently upgraded the fios wifi router in the house.  We had a netguard wifi extender which we connected to the new Fios router.  Every other phone, computer, device can connect to the wife extender to access the internet except the HP Notebook - 17=bs061st.  Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
