I have a message from the troubleshooting message of my new HP Pavilion Laptop that is ONLY 3 weeks old that states, “ The Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCle Adapter is experimenting driver-or hardware-related problems.” Should I return this laptop to OfficeDepot ASAP to have them look at it? I’ve never seen this message and I don’t want to go too long without bringing it in and resolving the issue. I am a teacher and need a reliable Laptop! Did I make a mistake buying this one? It seems to be a nice laptop but I have never owned an HP and don’t know what to do....I appreciate any help anyone could give me! Thank you ahead of time for your time and attention to my issue.

Thank you much very much for your help! Your advice did help immensely and I do owe you a big shout out. Is this something that happens often on HP laptops? I’m afraid that if I keep my new HP laptop for too much longer then it will possibly do the same thing as before? Let me know ASAP please so I can bring it back, if necessary.
Thanks again,
Gabriel

Good to know that issue is resolved.
You should not face any issues in the new notebook, HPSA will update all the drivers and keep your notebook updated.
Feel free to contact us in the future if you need any assistance.
Cheers.
