I'm Pretty sure it's a missing driver but im not just sure which one I need for my Hp Envy x2. I tried resetting my laptop but still has the missing driver.

See if you can manually install the driver as follows...
Go to the device manager and click on the generic SDIO device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp64212.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and hopefully the driver will install that way.
Do the same thing for the second SDIO device.
If that doesn't work please post the hardware ID's for both of the Generic SDIO devices.

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 Broadcom wifi driver from your notebook's support page and hope that works...
This package contains the Broadcom Wireless LAN Drivers that are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN Adapter in supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.
