Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just installed win7 and I can't connect to my internet and driver's are missing and I can't upgrad

You can download  the drivers from the HP Support portal link below for your notebook. 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-6460b-notebook-pc/5045594

 

Put the drivers on a USB flashdrive and then plug it it to the notebook to install them
