Product: HP Chromebook - 14a-na0012ng
Operating System: Chrome OS

I keep getting an "out of range" when trying to connect to my wifi, even when I dit right next to the modem. I trying powerwashing and it didnt help. Also it is defently not my wifi causing problems because my roomates connect without a problem and also my phone. This is a major problem . What can I do ?
