Hi @Nasser5009

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out—I understand how frustrating it can be when something that used to work suddenly feels unfamiliar. Let’s get you reconnected smoothly, but first I need a bit more context to pinpoint what’s happening.

Could you tell me:

  • What device are you trying to connect or turn on? (e.g., printer, laptop, monitor, accessory)
  • Is it battery-powered, plugged in, or connected via USB or Wi-Fi?
  • Are there any lights, sounds, or display messages when you try to use it?
  • When was the last time it worked normally?

Once I have a clearer picture, I’ll guide you through the right steps.

Please elaborate on what's happening with your device? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
