Hi:

W10 should have automatically installed the Bluetooth drivers for any BT hardware present.

Is there a Bluetooth device manager category showing up in the device manager?

I was using bluetooth before until I format the system and re-installed windows 10. I only have few drivers. Attached pic is a snapshot of my device manager.Device M Capture.PNG

Thanks for the screenshot.

I see that there is no Bluetooth device manager category.

So, if you know that your PC had BT on it before you upgraded from W7 to W10, it means that the BT was turned off during the upgrade by the HP connection manager.

The problem is, the HP connection manager doesn't work on W10, so in order to turn the Bluetooth on, the easiest thing to do is to make a bootable Ubuntu installer from the link below.

https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop

Boot from the Ubuntu installer and select the option to try Ubuntu without installing option.

Then turn on the Bluetooth device in Ubuntu.

Once you do that, you can exit out of Ubuntu, remove the flash drive, restart the PC, and when you get back into Windows, the Bluetooth should be showing up.

You have some kind of issue going on with the USB controllers in your screenshot.

W10 should have automatically installed the drivers for those, so I recommend that you uninstall them both, restart the PC, and see if windows installs them correctly.
