My client purchased a wireless collaboration keyboard (Z9N39AA). The USP transceiver (Link5) broke when it was removed from its USB port because the part was defective. It should still be under warranty.

 

How can I get a replacement transceiver? I have just spent a lot of time surfing around HP support pages, which are useless to find the answer to this question. The HP web site was not able to even look up the serial number for warranty information.
