I recently acquired a HP 15-r011dx Notebook and did factory reset and now no Bluetooth? I used the HP Support tool and it didn't fix? Need help, all of my headphones and speakers are Bluetooth.

Hi,
Your laptop did not come with Bluetooth hardware or functionality.
If it is present, it would be listed in Wireless connectivity section in the specs page:

Nevertheless you can either replace current wireless card with a Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo card as listed in your manual - page 17 or use this:
