Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

HP OFFICEJET 4630.

PRODUCT:B4L03B

The printer was purchased in Germany.

The owner relocated to Kenya in East Africa and the HP region is South Africa.

Cartridges  are 301XL for both Tricolor and Black. I have disabled the Cartridge protection and upgraded the firmware to no success.

Its is still giving error of Indicated cartridges are not intended for use in the printer.

Kindly assist to reset the printer to accept the ink cartridges.
