Will an Intel Dual Band wireless-ac 7260 WiFi Bluetooth 4.2 adapter 802.11 ac work on my Pavilion g7 w/ Intel core i3 2.4 GHz cpu?

I have reviewed the specifications of the laptop and I am not certain that the 7260 will work.  I suggest that you contact the manufacturer's Tech Support for help with your problem.  I don't want you to buy the adapter and not have it work.

What is the full model or product number of the laptop.  I need this information to review the specs.  Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.
