Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After opening my laptop tonight I realized that it no longer gave me options to connect to wifi and only showed airplane mode options after clicking the wifi icon. When I went to the wifi settings, it would take me back to the same icon lacking available wifi connections again. After troubleshooting, there seems to be an issue with the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless- AC 7265 driver. After restarting the adapter, it still didn’t fix the issue. I’m scared to delete it because I’m unable to connect to wifi to download it again. The wifi at my residence is working perfectly fine. I’m not sure what happened with my laptop overnight.

Please download it and SAVE on your machine first then perform a clean install by delete it from Device Manager and perform a CLEAN install again.

You can also download from other machines such as from your friends or relatives machines.

Regards.
