Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My internet went out on my computer something to do with Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43) under Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9461 Properties but Microsoft sent me here and told me this: -> Contact HP. Tell them that Microsoft has worked with you on the issue and it is obvious you need a driver for Wi-fi that is compatible with your current Windows version (Windows 10, 22h2) and apparently there is no driver compatible for Windows 10 22H2 update and I'm not able to run wireless wifi on my computer but works fine through a ethernet cable just can't download any drivers or updated any of them because of my windows version 22H2 recently all updated as well not sure what else to do from this point forward.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the latest Wi-Fi driver directly from Intel:

It is good for the latest versions of W10 & W11.

Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

I installed it are there any next steps this my first time doing this with a computer

Installation is automatic and there should be nothing else you need to do.

If that did not fix the problem, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

Yeah it didn't do a thing I'm stuck on a ethernet cable for internet access 😞
