Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz - This device cannot start. (Code 10)

For the past couple of days, the WiFi and Bluetooth options have disappeared from the settings page. 

After going to Device Manager > Network Adapters > There is a "warning !" mark on the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz, it says -

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

I have tried reinstalling the driver, updating it to the latest version, downgrading it to default version, but the problem still persists. I have also tried resetting the device but it did not help.

Any idea on how I can get my WiFi back again?

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
