Hello

I am experiencing an issue with the wireless adapter on my laptop:

Model: HP Pro x360 Fortis 11-inch G11 Notebook PC
Operating System: Windows 11
Wireless Adapter: Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211

The Wi-Fi adapter appears in Device Manager but shows an error:
“This device cannot start. (Code 10)”

Important notes:

  • Bluetooth works correctly.

  • Wi-Fi does not function at all.

  • All updates have been completed:

    • Windows 11 fully updated

    • BIOS updated to the latest version from HP

    • Wireless LAN driver installed from the official HP support page

  • I have also reinstalled the chipset and related Intel drivers and reset BIOS to default settings.

Despite all these steps, the issue persists and the Wi-Fi adapter still reports Code 10.

Based on troubleshooting, this appears to be either a firmware issue or a hardware fault with the integrated Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 module.

I would appreciate your guidance on further diagnostics or information regarding repair or replacement options, as the device is currently unable to connect to wireless networks.

Thank you for your support.
