Hi @LEGIJA8,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand that your Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 adapter is showing a Code 10 error after a recent Windows update, and you’ve already tried updating drivers without success. I’ll do my best to help you get your wireless connection working again.

Step 1: Power reset the system

  1. Shut down your laptop completely.
  2. Disconnect all external devices and unplug the power adapter.
  3. If your device has a removable battery, take it out (if not, skip this step).
  4. Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power adapter (and battery, if removed) and restart the system.

This clears any residual power and resets the hardware connection to the Wi-Fi card.

Step 2: Reinstall the wireless driver

  1. Press Windows + X → select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Network Adapters.
  3. Right-click Intel Wireless-AC 9560Uninstall device → check “Delete the driver software for this device” and confirm.
  4. Restart your computer. Windows will reinstall the default driver automatically.
  5. If the issue persists, visit the Official HP® Support and download the latest Wireless LAN and Chipset drivers for your exact HP model.

Step 3: Roll back or block the problematic Windows update

If this started right after a Windows update:

  1. Go to Settings → Windows Update → Update History → Uninstall Updates.
  2. Identify the recent update and uninstall it.
  3. Reboot and check if the Wi-Fi adapter functions again.

Step 4: Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  1. Turn off your laptop.
  2. Power it on and immediately tap F2 repeatedly.
  3. Select Component Tests → Network → Wireless Module to check hardware health.

If the test fails, this may indicate a hardware fault, and service may be required.

To assist you more accurately, could you please share your exact HP laptop model number (for example, HP Pavilion 15-cs3xxx or HP Envy x360 13-ay0xxx)?
Once we have that, we can provide the correct drivers and firmware updates specific to your system configuration.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
