Hp omen dc0052nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought my HP omen dc0052nr laptop, I updated Windows and the BIOS yesterday and that’s when the problem started. The Intel Wireless AC 9560 network adapter doesn’t work and I cannot connect to any networks. It’s throws out “The device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.” I have tried everything that was suggested on the internet and still no luck

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR
Copy and use the individual command lines as needed.

Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

Hi

Well you have a connection via your cellular phone?

The ping time is appalling, 173 seconds, but shows/proves a connection.

18:56:80:F7:71:B3 corresponds to INTEL.

So I suggest you clear/clean the Drivers and Config for the Wi-Fi and try again.

Hello, the connection via cellular phone is by means of a USB modem i connected to my laptop.

I didn't really understand what you were trying to point out by those screenshots you uploaded but i visited the areas pointed out in your screenshots and tried making changes here or there but nothing seems to work.

At this point, could it be that the wifi card is damaged and needs replacement?

Hi

If the laptop has a connection to a phone via a USB dongle, why wasn't it directed and connected to your ISP Modem/Router instead?

HP Recommended

Hi, the cellular connection from the USB modem is by means of a SIM card (procured from my ISP) inserted into the modem.
