Hi @Barbjo16
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that your Intel wireless Network adapter AC 9641 stopped working. Do not worry, I am here to help you with it.
The Code 10 error is one of several Device Manager error codes. It's generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, a situation usually caused by outdated or corrupted drivers.
May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?
Let's reinstall the driver and check if the issue persists:
- On your keyboard, press Win+X (the Windows key and the X key) to open the WinX menu. Then select Device Manager.
- Double click Network adapters to expand the node. Then right-click Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 and select Uninstall device.
- Select the box in front of Delete the driver software for this device. Then click Uninstall.
- Now restart your computer and check if the issue persists.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
