Hello:
This is follow-up of my previous post:
In brief, WIFI of my laptop frequently disconnects around 12mins.
Problem was resulteded in sleeping time of bluetooth mouse.
Further, this laptop was returned to hp repair center.
After near one month, I received oral response from engineer as follows:
1. Wireless network card (I guess it means RL8821) in this laptop has only one antenna.
2. As a result, if user connect 2.4GHz WIFI AP and bluetooth device which signals are both2.4GHz at the same time,
Connection will be interfered. For the worst case, like me, it disconnects.
3. There is no solution. 14s-cf0002TX only apply this wireless adapter.
I was suggested to find some 5GHz WIFI network instead. Otherwise, prevent from using bluetooth device.
ur... I am not sure.... it sounds like desgin failure to me.
So far, per engineer's suggestion, I probably have to complain to hp customer service first to see if may be improved one day.
Any advise?
Thanks.
